Kershaw Blur Review

 

The Kershaw Blur remains a mainstay for EDC

From our perspective, this is a knife worthy of every day carry. The assisted opening blade and grip of the anodized aluminum scales are top features. This knife by Kershaw has been nothing but reliable.

The pocket clip is reversible on the Blur. A coated stainless steel blade on this well-used model remains in fantastic condition. Made in USA is proudly presented.

From opening boxes and packages to food preparation in the home or on the trail, the Blur is easily adapted. Carving is not as easy with this blade, due to its width. Great for scraping, but turns are difficult.

 

Kershaw Blur folded

The edge sharpens with ease and more importantly, retains the edge through sensible use. The liner lock is strong and there is no blade wobble. Some quick stats: folded length is 4 1/2"; opened length 7 7/8"; blade length 3 3/8".
